Governmental Financial Incentives and Tax Credit Program line

Description
BIO has partnered with Location Management Services (LMS), the leading provider of incentive negotiation and compliance management services, to assist member companies with the identification, negotiation and implementation of various governmental financial incentives and tax credits applicable to biotech companies. With a unique network of 37 offices nationwide and established and knowledgeable local field representatives with over 17 years average experience in the industry, LMS has realized more than $2 billion in incentives and completed over 700 projects for its clients. Using a proprietary database system, LMS will conduct an analysis of the available financial incentives and tax credits on a prospective or retroactive basis for each member company's facility or location and propose strategies for negotiating, collecting, monitoring and the ongoing documentation of the entire incentive process. There are no upfront fees for incentive analysis and negotiation. Fees are on a contingency basis over the life of the financial incentive actually collected.
