PROPEL and EnterpriseWorks Chicago Startup Series

Join EnterpriseWorks Chicago and PROPEL at our upcoming Startup Series events.

To help innovators get an overview of the path to launching a technology venture/startup, Innovate@UIC and EnterpriseWorks Chicago designed a series of seminars as an introduction to legal, financial and business plan issues. PROPEL is partnering with EWC to expand the reach of this startup series. These presentations are structured as "fireside chats" that allow for Q&A and discussion. These discussions are provided as a means to introduce a new vocabulary and spark conversation around issues entrepreneurs and innovators need to consider during venture creation.

Feb. 9, 4-6 pm: Operating a Company
Legal experts continue the conversation with the critical considerations related to liability, employment agreements, and other legal agreements required to operate. Presented by Perkins Coie.
