AdvaMed 2014 Announces Emerging Growth Company Scholarships

July 18, 2014 AdvaMed 2014 is pleased to announce the winners of the Emerging Growth Company Scholarships for 29 Company Presentations, through the generous support of Aon, the National Institutes of Health, PROPEL and RCT Ventures. Company Presentations at AdvaMed 2014 connect innovative early-stage MedTech companies with venture capital and angel investors, corporate business development executives and other strategic partners.
Congratulations to the following companies who received one of four Emerging Growth Company Scholarships:
1. RCT Grand Prize – One complimentary Company Presentation, complimentary full-access registration and support for travel expenses.
2. NIH Scholars –12 complimentary Company Presentations and complimentary full-access registrations for recipients of SBIR funding from five participating Institutes and Centers: National Cancer Institute (NCI); National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI); National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID); National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB); National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).
