If you are a life sciences entrepreneur, educator, researcher, investor or enthusiast, you’re encouraged to attend our annual industry expo. At the iBIO IndEx, you will be able to meet and network with life sciences pioneers and top thought leaders, researchers and service providers in the Midwest. Sponsorships begin at $2,500.
iBIO Lunch Series
The iBIO Lunch Series is a group of events focusing on educational, informational and partnering themes and attracts more than 500 attendees annually. Sponsorship opportunities for each lunch are limited. Exclusive Lunch Sponsorships are $5,000.
iBIO John W Maitland Jr Award Ceremony
Each year, iBIO hosts an awards reception to present the John W Maitland Jr Biotechnology Leadership Award to the government officials who have been leaders in advancing life sciences issues in Illinois. Individual Maitland Sponsorships are $3,000.
CEO RoundtableThe CEO Roundtable is a series of informal networking dinner events intended to expand the effectiveness of Illinois entrepreneurs. The dinners are by invite only and available for exclusive sponsorship only. Attendance is limited to sponsoring company and industry entrepreneurs. Individual CEO Roundtable Sponsorships are $4,500.
iBIO Happy Hour
The iBIO Happy Hour is a fun community event to network and learn more about iBIO and the sponsoring company. Individual Happy Hour Sponsorships are $3,000.
iBIO Summer Barbecue Series
For three Fridays in the summer, iBIO hosts cookouts at local tech parks to encourage community networking and promote participation in the iBIO Purchasing Program. The iBIO Summer Barbecue Series provides an opportunity for our community to come together, network and enjoy some of the splendors of summer. Several of the iBIO Purchasing Program vendors will be available to answer questions on how the program can save members money. Individual BBQ Sponsorships are $2,000. Series Sponsorship is $5,000.
Ag-Bio Industrial SummitIllinois is already a leader in the bio-industrial industry, home to international companies like Archer Daniels Midland Company, Tate & Lyle and Valent Biosciences, exciting startups and world-class research institutions. The Ag-Bio Industrial Summit is a forum, for the community to gather annually, to learn about the current industry, outline hurdles and challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Exhibitor Sponsorships are $1,200. Silver Sponsorships are $5,000. Gold Sponsorships are $10,000. Presenting Sponsorships are $15,000.
Biotechnology Field TripThis summer, iBIO will offer a series of field trips to member facilities for Illinois elected and appointed officials. Each field trip will include facility tours followed by a short discussion of key industry issues. This event is not open to the general public. BioLogical QuarterlyThe BioLogical Quarterly is the only print publication that exclusively focuses on the Life Sciences Industry in Illinois and the surrounding region. Each issue features articles by iBIO members on Illinois business programs, company highlights, interviews with top executives, public policy issues, innovations and research, education and workforce development. Sponsorships begins at $750.
